And what is for dinner? TURKEY!!! And what's for dinner for the dogs? MORE TURKEY!!!
However, they won't be eating roasted basted turkey with stuffing and gravy. NO!!! They get...
RAW TURKEY!
That's right. Turkey is very plentiful right now, and raw turkey drumsticks, turkey gizzards, and turkey necks are pretty cheap, so these are definitely on the menu!
Now, how do you feed raw turkey? It's extremely complicated. Here's how I do it.
- First, I call the dogs in and tell them to sit. (They are oh so obedient when food is involved!)
- Then, I just give them each a drumstick.
- Finally I wash my hands.
Dinner's done! HA!!!
What could be easier then that, I ask you???
But, you lament, what about those bones? Aren't they dangerous?
You obviously haven't been with us long, grasshopper? Those bones are SUPER HEALTHY for your dog! They are full of raw red marrow that is jam backed with healthful nutrition for your dog. Remember, he's a carnivore. He wants raw meat and bones, and his stomach is designed to digest it.
So, while you're feeding your family this holiday, give your dog what his body craves. Give him raw meat! He'll thank you on Thanksgiving!
